Western blotting analysis using nestin antibody (Cat#H1111). Total cell lysates (30 μg) from various cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with nestin antibody (Cat#H1111, 1:5,000) and HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody (Cat#201, 1:20,000) respectively. Image was developed using NaQ™ ECL Substrate Kit (Cat#716).

Western blotting analysis using nestin antibody (Cat#H1111). Nestin expression in wild-type (WT) and nestin (NES) knockdown (KD) HSHC cells with 20 μg of total cell lysates. Hsp90 α serves as a loading control. The blot was incubated with nestin antibody (Cat#H1111, 1:5,000) and HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody (Cat#201, 1:20,000) respectively. Image was developed using NaQ™ ECL Substrate Kit (Cat#716).

Immunocytochemical staining shows positive staining in paraffin-embedded human gastrointestinal stromal tumor. Nestin antibody (Cat#H1111) was used at 1:1,000 dilution, followed by a HRP Polymer for Mouse & Rabbit IgG (ready to use). Counterstained with hematoxylin. Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH9.0 was performed before commencing with Immunocytochemical staining protocol.
