Western blotting analysis using tumor protein p53 antibody (Cat#H1131). Total cell lysates (30 μg) from various cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with tumor protein p53 antibody (Cat#H1131, 1:2,500) and HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody (Cat#201, 1:20,000) respectively. Image was developed using NaQ™ ECL Substrate Kit (Cat#716).
Immunocytochemical staining shows negative staining in paraffin-embedded human chromophobe renal cell carcinoma. p53 antibody (Cat#H1131) was used at 1:1,000 dilution, followed by a HRP Polymer for Mouse & Rabbit IgG (ready to use).
