Platform Validation Process

验证原理：

如果某个PTM抗体特异，它就不会在靶蛋白消失的细胞上检测到信号:它也不会在PTM位点消失的靶蛋白上检测到信号。这两个条件必须同时满足。


验证实例：

以抗p-AKT1S473抗体为例，只有当信号在AKT1KD和AKT1 S473A 突变株同时消失，改该抗体才被视为特异。如图：
