Western blotting analysis using CD38 antibody (Cat#H1117). Total cell lysates (30 μg) from various cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with CD38 antibody (Cat#H1117, 1:2,500) and HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody (Cat#201, 1:20,000) respectively. Image was developed using FeQTM ECL Substrate Kit (Cat#226).

CD38 antibody (Cat#H1117) was used at 1:1,000 dilution, followed by a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) ready to use. Counterstained with hematoxylin. Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH9.0 was performed before commencing with Immunocytochemical staining protocol.
