Western blotting analysis using CXCL8 antibody (Cat#6960). Total cell lysates (30 μg) from THP-1 cells (lane 1: untreated THP-1, lane 2: THP-1 treated with 100nM PMA for 16 h, lane3: THP-1 treated sequentially with 100nM PMA for 16 h, 100ng/mL LPS for 4 h, and 1μg/mL BFA for 3 h ) were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with CXCL8 antibody (Cat#6960, 1:2,000) and HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse secondary antibody (Cat#101, 1:20,000) respectively. Image was developed using FeQ™ ECL Substrate Kit (Cat#226).
