Western blotting analysis using NK2 homeobox 2 antibody (Cat#H1145). Total cell lysates (30 μg) from various cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with NK2 homeobox 2 antibody (Cat#H1145, 1:5,000) and HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody (Cat#201, 1:20,000) respectively. Image was developed using FeQTM ECL Substrate Kit (Cat#226).
Immunocytochemical staining shows positive staining in paraffin-embedded Ewing’s sarcoma. NKX2.2 antibody (Cat#H1145) was used at 1/250 dilution, followed by a HRP Polymer for Mouse & Rabbit IgG (ready to use). Counterstained with hematoxylin. Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH9.0 was performed before commencing with Immunocytochemical staining protocol.
