Western blotting analysis using NOTCH2 antibody (Cat#67025, 1:1,000). NOTCH2 expression in wild-type (WT) and NOTCH2 shRNA knockdown (KD) MCF7 cells of total cell lysates. Hsp60 serves as a loading control.

Western blotting analysis using NOTCH2 antibody (Cat#67025). Total cell lysates (20 μg) from various cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with NOTCH2 antibody (Cat#67025, 1:1,000) and HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody (Cat#201, 1:10,000) respectively.
