Keratin 5 Recombinant Rabbit mAb

Western blotting analysis using keratin 5 antibody (Cat#H1146). Total cell lysates (30 μg) from various cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with keratin 5 antibody (Cat#H1146, 1:2,500) and HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody (Cat#201, 1:20,000) respectively. Image was developed using NaQ™ ECL Substrate Kit (Cat#716).
Immunocytochemical staining shows negative staining in paraffin-embedded human colon. Keratin 5 antibody (Cat#H1146) was used at 1:4,000 dilution, followed by a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) ready to use.Counterstained with hematoxylin.Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH9.0 was performed before commencing with Immunocytochemical staining protocol.
